All of our products are made in-house, with 1-3 business days needed to produce each order before it’s ready to ship.

Shipping Carriers

UPS
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates are based on product weight and delivery zip code. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Available UPS options include:

• UPS Ground

• UPS Three-Day Select

• UPS Second Day Air

• UPS Next Day Air

• UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.

We ship to all countries via UPS. Please note that international shipping costs are higher due to import duties and taxes.

FedEx
We also ship via FedEx. Rates depend on product weight and delivery zip code, and are calculated at checkout. FedEx shipping options include:

• Express Saver

• 2nd Day

• Standard Overnight

• Priority Overnight

International FedEx shipments are subject to higher fees due to import duties and taxes.

USPS
Domestic and international shipping is available through USPS. Tracking numbers are included in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or lost packages during transit.

DHL
We ship internationally via DHL as well. International shipping costs via DHL include additional import duties and taxes.

Order Processing

• Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 p.m. PST are processed the next business day.

• Orders placed on Friday and Saturday are processed the following Monday.

• Orders placed on Sunday before 2 p.m. PST are processed Monday; after 2 p.m., processing begins Tuesday.

You will receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing your order. When your order ships (usually within 3-5 days), you will receive a second email with your tracking information.

All products are made to order in our Downtown Los Angeles factory, so please allow 3-5 business days for production. We do not keep inventory or stock items.

Please note:

• We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

• We can ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses only via USPS.

• Orders over $100 require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Order Tracking & Estimated Delivery

You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package once your order ships.
