All our items are proudly made to order in the USA. Handling time is 1-2 business days. Since we do not keep stock or inventory, every blanket and apparel item is freshly made just for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Blankets on sale and embroidered products are final sale.

Return Authorization (RA) Process:

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or exchange, here’s how to request an RA number:

  1. Email [email protected] with your reason for return or exchange. Please include your name, contact details, and invoice number.

  2. Our Returns Department will review your request within 1-3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will email you an RA number.

  4. Include a copy of your original order inside your return package.

  5. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing your replacement or store credit.

  6. Return shipping costs will be calculated via FedEx or USPS and can be paid by credit card, PayPal, or deducted from store credit.

  7. Replacement shipping typically takes 4-5 business days, depending on your location (we ship from Los Angeles, CA).

Items purchased from other retailers (department or specialty stores) must be returned directly to those stores and are subject to their return policies. Returns are only accepted for purchases made through official My Blankee Inc. stores.
